On September 8, 2017, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted Resolution No. 1031/2017 concerning introduction of series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and M ordinary bearer shares of XTPL S.A. to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.

Next, on 12 September 2017, the WSE Management Board adopted Resolution No. 1041/2017 setting first trading day for series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K i M ordinary bearer shares of XTPL S.A. in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market, to 14 September 2017.
