2016 Aulery Award goes to XTPL
XTPL has received the Aulery Award which is granted to the best Polish start-ups and young technology businesses with global potential.
The Aulery Awards are presented annually to young companies which can boast continuous business development in the sector of innovative technologies and promote the culture of entrepreneurship. The winners are chosen by a jury consisting of 30 practitioners and sector investors. This year, the members of the jury included Rafał Brzoska, Piotr Wilam, Konrad Latkowski and Eliza Kruczkowska.
XTPL was among 23 finalists of the competition. The winners were announced at the Aulery Awards Celebration. It took place on 6 June during the Bitspiration conference in Warsaw.
We are both surprised and very proud. XTPL was established only a year ago, so I can say that we have used that time really effectively and successfully. We have made significant progress in research and we filed a patent application. We have also changed the company’s legal form to a joint-stock company. Our efforts are appreciated not only by the sector media and investors. Awards such as Aulery are extremely motivating and convince us even more that we are heading in the right direction, says Sebastian Młodziński, CEO at XTPL.
Aulery Awards are granted by Aula Polska, the oldest active barcamp initiative in Poland. The competition has been organized by the Aula Polska Foundation since 2009.
